Our Model 005, traditional south/west low pitched roof, has features which are quality options for some building companies. The Model 005 roof pitch is 2/12 and our "original rigid frame" trusses are a unique, patented design that gives superior strength through flush mounted "Cee" girts. The roof and wall "Cee" framing is on 4 ft centers. Our buildings are designed for EZ framed openings for all type of doors.

You can make your building color selection from fourteen beautiful colors. Deluxe "supersized ribbed trims" are always standard. Full hard 100,000 psi high tensile steel cladding with baked enamel has spring like resistance to abuse. The Model 005 is cladded with our exclusive H roof panel and HW wall panel. We engineered this panel to meet our customers need for a commercial look, waterproof fit and economical price. The self-drilling screw fasteners are color coded to match your metal cladding. A 35 year warranty covering your building exterior is standard.
